During my contract providing resource development for Cox Enterprises, I spearheaded the successful branding and strategic voice development for the newly established Center for Inclusion. We met the need to significantly enhance its influence and positioning as a pivotal driver of culture, belonging and inclusion within the organization.
INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN RESULTS
Executed a high-impact 30-60-90 day plan, completing 70% of 80 outlined projects—including the ERG Guidebook and annual ID&E Summit content—within three months, while fostering cross-functional collaboration and aligning the Center's initiatives with corporate goals.
Designed and launched the Inclusion Connection Hub, along with 50 inclusion resources, including train the trainer modules, achieving over 422 views and 150 resource downloads within 4 months of launch.
This work, equivalent to three years' worth of progress, significantly advanced the company's inclusion goals and drove 56% completion of ID&E commitments by AVP+ leaders.
GLOBAL LAUNCH MANAGEMENT
I directed the editing, sales enablement, and global launch of this mission-critical supply chain video communication which was transcribed in 8 languages (French, German, Chinese, Japanese, Thai, English, Spanish, and Korean) and shared to 80K+ LinkedIn followers across EMEA, APAC, and North America with 20K projected impressions. The launch included an internal rollout and capability support to Global Sales that included presenting in the Global Scientific Town Hall, publishing across Showpad and Dubb, and developing talking points, FAQs, and a sales script.

As AMA Atlanta’s AMY Awards chair, I led the planning and successful execution for the 2016 celebration themed, “Make Your Mark.” Amidst the silent auction, digital caricature drawings, delicious food and cocktails, nearly 300 attendees came dressed to the nines to celebrate each other’s accomplishments inside the Fabulous Fox Theatre’s Egyptian Ballroom.
There were 28 award categories that honored Atlanta’s best marketers who have made their mark in our community and beyond. We broke records with thousands of dollars donated in in-kind sponsorships, over 104 entries and for the first time ever, we recognized Atlanta’s unique startup culture with the city’s only Best Marketing/Advertising Tech Startup award.
That was also the first year AMA Atlanta used the OpenWater event management platform, which I designed and implemented. The ease of sign up and application increased entry fee collections by 65% the highest dollar amount collected to date. See more event pictures here.

This document provided internal stakeholders with an understanding of the product release process required to deliver technology from development into the hands of end users. With strategic goals clearly defined, the product release process maximized internal efficiencies, successful communication and adoption rates by customers, partners, and prospects.
I designed this internal product management release program from scratch, then implemented, trained, and directed the complex, large-scale program with 30+ concurrent projects and workstreams per year supporting $350M+ in annual revenue.

INTEGRATED MARKETING CAMPAIGNS & TRADESHOW PROJECT MANAGEMENT
I created and managed countless integrated marketing campaigns promoting risk analytics products to help organizations protect themselves from fraud. A “Gaming Optimization” campaign I managed for LexisNexis Risk Solutions included newsletter articles, tradeshow management, industry trade periodical advertising, targeted email messaging, and LinkedIn ad tracking. As a result, a gaming company with one of the most trusted reputations in the industry implemented our solution and increased identification of problem players by 50%.
PRODUCT RELEASE MANAGEMENT & RETRO ANALYSIS
I created an automated, repeatable, measurable, cross-functional go-to-market process from scratch and managed, influenced and negotiated participation of over 80 senior leaders and executives across 20 internal teams. The result was improved stakeholder engagement from zero to 53% average participation ratings and an excellent 80% internal Net Promoter Score (NPS) average.
I also revamped and directed the company’s Beta program and established benchmarks showing 100% improved NPS measures from the start of the program to last recorded results.
